We’re Hiring: Level 2 Commercial HVAC Technician – Own the Call, Own the Standard

Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $27–$32/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 2 Commercial HVAC Technician with 2–4 years of experience, capable of handling most calls independently. You will troubleshoot and repair issues across hoods, ductwork, fans, curbs, and rooftop ventilation systems, diagnosing airflow, electrical, and mechanical problems.

What You’ll Do:

1. Run service calls independently, from troubleshooting to documented repairs
2. Diagnose airflow, mechanical, and electrical issues in kitchen ventilation systems
3. Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
4. Maintain your equipment, truck, and notes
5. Work in challenging conditions, including climbing, crawling, and lifting
6. Identify deficiencies and address them proactively

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–4 years of commercial HVAC or ventilation service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• EPA 608 Universal Certification (preferred but not required)
• Mechanical aptitude, physical resilience, and a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
