Job summary

Commercial Express HVAC LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service complex commercial HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and service chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers and controls. You’ll work with seasoned technicians to sharpen your skills and document conditions accurately.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
EPA certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Interest in building a long-term career in commercial HVAC

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment failures
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and system issues
Service and maintain chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers and controls
Work alongside experienced technicians to keep sharpening your skills
Accurately document service work and system conditions

Skills

HVAC service experience

Valid driver’s license

Education

EPA certification
