Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking a skilled commercial HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for our national client base. You will perform on-site preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, often coordinating with a team to ensure minimal downtime.

Applicants should have 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work overtime including nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 6 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and refer more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
• Advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required.
