Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) seeks a field technician to perform on-site maintenance, repair and calibration of commercial HVAC systems. You will work with a team to ensure reliable operation for customers and comply with safety policies.

Requirements include 2–6 years HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal, HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel and work overtime on weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 2–6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex HVAC problems; refer more complex issues to higher-level technicians.
• Advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety practices and complete required paperwork.
• Be flexible for overtime and weekend shifts.
• Travel may be required occasionally.
