Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Servicemen to join our growing team. You will commission, service and maintain the most advanced commercial equipment in the world, and advise customers on comfort and building efficiency.

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards. You will receive safety equipment, uniforms, tools and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Two years commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair of three-phase HVAC equipment, RTUs, heat pumps and fans.
• Adherence to Safety Program and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to join UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Commission, service and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Provide labor and material quotes for recommended improvements.
• Assist in weekend, night, and holiday call-out service on a rotating basis.
• Identify improvements for reliability and energy efficiency.
