Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial HVAC Journeyman Service Technician in Las Vegas to diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems in the field. You’ll perform maintenance, install and calibrate equipment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering superior customer service.

You must have 5+ years in HVAC, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle, tools, and training are provided. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years practical experience in the HVAC industry.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods and climb ladders.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems for efficient operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment and controls.
• Maintain water supply systems and adjust controls.
• Service rooftop units, gas packs, heat pumps, and related systems.
• Assemble/install ductwork and assist in system design.
• Maintain records to comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management on safety and ops standards.
