Accurate Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Commercial Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will work with clients to deliver timely service solutions, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial environments.

The role emphasizes proactive issue identification, documentation of service in CMMS, and collaboration with team members to optimize performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or license per local regulations.
• Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement repairs.
• Install, test, and commission new HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to assess performance and recommend upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate status and parts inventory.
