The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for experienced technicians and requires 3+ years of relevant experience, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to work in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigeration cycles, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varying environments.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftops, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and VAVs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues to find root causes.
• Recommend system improvements and repair options to customers.
• Complete detailed service tickets and maintenance reports; ensure safety compliance.
