MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician for the Berkeley Roper Hospital site in Summerville, SC. The role supports installation, troubleshooting, and startup of commercial HVAC systems and requires field experience at a major hospital facility.

Responsibilities include documentation, on-site safety, on-call rotations, and coordinating with internal teams and customers. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are required, with a background check and drug test as part of the

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and startup commercial HVAC systems up to ~25 tons.
• Log equipment conditions and maintenance details.
• Drive and pick up equipment/parts as needed.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff and Customers.
• Complete tasks with minimal call-backs and timely paperwork.
• Observe and correct unsafe work environments.
• On-call rotation as needed.
• Maintain company tools and vehicle.
