Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician for in-the-field service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues, perform repairs, and support startup and commissioning at customer sites.

Travel to customer locations is required, with a focus on delivering professional service and accurate documentation. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for field service.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
• Perform equipment repairs, replacements, retrofits, and upgrades.
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, and system performance.
• Work directly with customers and provide professional service in the field.
• Read and interpret equipment documentation, drawings, and technical information.
• Identify issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, vendors, manufacturers, and other field personnel.
• Complete accurate service reports and project documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Travel to customer locations and jobsites as needed.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician who can troubleshoot service, repair, and support commercial HVAC equipment and systems in the field.
