Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to service and support commercial HVAC systems in the field. The role offers strong earning potential and growth within an established organization.

$75,000–$120,000 Base Salary + Overtime

I’m partnering with a well-established (Dallas News Top 100 Company to Work For) commercial HVAC and mechanical organization that is continuing to grow its service and aftermarket team.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician who can troubleshoot service, repair, and support commercial HVAC equipment and systems in the field.

What You'll Be Doing

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
• Perform equipment repairs, replacements, retrofits, and upgrades
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, and system performance
• Work directly with customers and provide professional service in the field
• Read and interpret equipment documentation, drawings, and technical information
• Identify issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, vendors, manufacturers, and other field personnel
• Complete accurate service reports and project documentation
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
• Travel to customer locations and jobsites as needed

What We're Looking For
