Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including oil, gas, heat pumps, geothermal, and rooftop units.
• Assist with installations as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using electrical schematics.
• Provide professional advice to customers regarding repairs or replacements.
• Participate in an on-call schedule as required.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols diligently.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC.
• Universal EPA License required.
• Must supply basic hand tools.
• Strong electrical skills with the ability to read schematics.
• Excellent people skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to follow directions and ask for assistance when needed.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Desire for continued education and professional development.
• Ability to work independently and enjoy tackling challenges.
