Deanna Nesbit & Associates in Dayton, OH seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial systems on customer sites. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation units, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

You will perform preventive maintenance, install equipment and controls per code, and maintain accurate service tickets. A clean driving record and EPA 608 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience required.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and boilers.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, splits, heat pumps, boilers).
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing.
• Install equipment, ductwork, and controls per code and specs.
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately.
