Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician. The role offers $28-$45/hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins and ice machines, troubleshoot and complete repairs, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required or preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
