ISS Mechanical, a locally owned Central Florida HVAC company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Tampa. You will service, maintain, and retrofit commercial HVAC systems, troubleshoot complex equipment, read wiring diagrams, and support customers with professional, safe on-site solutions.

We value local leadership, strong culture, and career growth. EPA certification is required, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• OEM certifications are a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.

Responsabilités

• Perform planned HVAC/R maintenance with precision.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Perform service repairs and compressor changeouts on high-horsepower equipment.
• Work safely and adhere to safety standards.

• Perform planned HVAC/R maintenance with precision and professionalism
