You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues, service equipment such as chillers and rooftop units, and keep thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Comfortable working on rooftops, in crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and follow safety protocols.
• Strong problem solving to troubleshoot HVAC systems and components.
• Effective written and verbal communication across customers and teams.
• UA Apprenticeship or tech-school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential sites.
• Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical components across system types.
• Provide superior customer service with clear communication and safety compliance.
• Source and replace parts, calibrate systems per manufacturer specs.
• Document job activity and results in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and travel to job sites within the service area.
