Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. in Ashland, VA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Level 2 to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.

Must have a minimum of three years of experience and the ability to work on DX equipment, water-source heat pumps, air-handling systems, and VAV controls. The role requires a high school diploma or trade school, Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Three years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Broad knowledge of large commercial HVAC equipment.
• Understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• High school diploma or trade school / GED.
• Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card (Type I and Universal).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety requirements and procedures.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems using service literature and resources.
• Work on DX equipment, water-source heat pumps, and air-handling equipment.
• Service and repair gas-fired and electric heating systems up to 100 tons.
• Work with pneumatic, electronic, and DDC control systems.
• Maintain piping, pumping, and related equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on boilers and general systems.

(RBI) is seeking an experienced, growth-minded Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Level 2 for our Ashland, Virginia location. In this role, you will service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment while following company safety requirements.A minimum of three years of commercial HVAC experience is required.
