Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems on-site. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, communicate solutions clearly, and take ownership of complex tasks to improve reliability.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of field experience, EPA 608 or ability to obtain, and strong math/reading diagram skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-call shifts are required.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification or ability to obtain it.
• Experience servicing commercial HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
