Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to diagnose HVAC system issues and provide effective repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Read and interpret HVAC schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• EPA refrigeration certification (or ability to obtain) for handling refrigerants.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel to sites.
• Physically capable of lifting and working in various environments.
• Experience with commercial HVAC and related building systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems on-site in San Diego.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document service activities.
• Interact with customers on-site, explain findings and solutions, and ensure safety compliance.
