Job summary

M5 Services in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician to service and diagnose rooftop units, split systems, and packaged equipment across client properties in the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas.

You will perform diagnostics on equipment that's already running, refrigerant charging and recovery, and electrical troubleshooting on HVAC controls, bringing your own hand tools to the job.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• Commercial HVAC service and diagnostics experience.
• Refrigerant charging and recovery.
• Electrical troubleshooting on HVAC controls.
• Your own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair on commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, packaged equipment).
• Diagnostics on equipment that is already running, not installs from a plan.
• Work across a portfolio of commercial properties rather than a single site.
