The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and cooling systems for commercial clients, with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of HVAC experience and relevant certifications (NATE, EPA).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• NATE or EPA certification as applicable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems for commercial clients.
• Diagnose issues and provide cost-effective, long-lasting solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers and document service calls.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high service standards and participate in on-call rotation.
