We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings. The technician will collaborate with clients to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Respond to service calls and emergency situations promptly.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and labor hours.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Stay updated on industry developments and technologies to improve skills.
