To meet our growth goals, we are adding a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to the team. In this role, the Commercial HVAC Service Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Respond to service calls and emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and technologies to enhance job knowledge and skills.
