Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• 3–10 years of commercial HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and modify HVAC systems as needed.
• Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statutes.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Order and maintain parts and stores as needed for repairs.
• Manage relationships with vendor accounts.
• Safeguard Powers assets.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
