Job Duties:

• Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
• Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC equipment
• Measure airflow and adjust to design specifications
• Develop and maintain service schedules
• Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
• Work in outdoor conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTUs)
• Use of ladders for roof access

Salary: Base salary (above average), plus monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
