Base pay range

$72,800.00/yr - $104,000.00/yr

What You Will Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC and related equipment
• Coordinate day-to-day service agreements or assigned projects
• Respond to a high volume of service calls professionally and efficiently
• Clearly communicate with customers and provide effective solutions
• Perform safety checks and system diagnostics
• Complete paperwork and service reports promptly and accurately
• Maintain and improve technical knowledge through continued learning

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with HVAC systems and components (chillers, boilers, air handlers, refrigeration, controls)
• Universal EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a busy call schedule
• Commitment to staying current with tools, manuals, and industry updates
