Job Duties

• Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locations
• Conduct site surveys and move-out inspections, as well as necessary repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal management about work performed
• Submit reports, invoicing, and service tickets promptly
• Participate in nights/weekend on-call rotation, approximately once a month
• Perform a balanced mix of new service, preventative maintenance, turnover, and repairs

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience providing quality commercial and industrial service and maintenance across a wide range of facility equipment. We are also interested in high-quality residential technicians eager to transition from residential to commercial service.
