Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Identify problems and recommend repairs or improvements.
• Complete service calls safely and professionally.
• Maintain accurate service reports and equipment records.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Follow company, safety, and union standards.
