What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a defined sales territory focused onpreventative maintenanceagreementsfor commercial HVAC systems
  • Proactively generate leads throughcold calling, walk-ins, networking, social selling, and industry events
  • Uncover customer challenges through discovery and communicate value-based solutions, not just price
  • Conduct site visits, manage estimating and quoting, and present tailored maintenance proposals
  • Close deals with confidence, and stay involved through follow-ups and contract renewals
  • Build long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and commercial property stakeholders
  • Consistently update CRM (Pipedrive) to track pipeline and sales activities

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales success, ideally in the commercial HVAC or facilities services sector
  • Confident closerwith a proven ability to sell solutions and build trust
  • Experience in HVAC service estimating and/or project management is a big plus
  • Strongterritory development mindset—a hunter
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the regional market and existing book of contacts is a bonus
