Cooney Air Conditioning & Heating, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced field service environment. You’ll drive customer satisfaction, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards while coordinating daily scheduling and technical support.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in HVAC service, including two in leadership, EPA Universal Certification, strong communication, and proficient use of service

• Five years minimum HVAC service/maintenance experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• EPA Universal Certification required; NATE or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Role Overview

• The Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor is a skilled and motivated professional responsible for leading a team of service technicians to deliver top-quality performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC expert with strong leadership abilities, advanced technical knowledge, and a passion for mentoring and developing team members in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.

What You Bring

• A minimum of five years of HVAC service or maintenance experience, including at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. EPA Universal Certification is required, with NATE or equivalent certifications preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques, along with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules or operational demands. Proficiency with HVAC service software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

• Supervise and support a team of HVAC service technicians, ensuring all work meets company quality, safety, and customer service standards. - Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workload balancing to ensure timely completion of service calls. - Provide technical guidance and field support to technicians, assisting with complex diagnostics, repairs, and customer issues. - Monitor performance metrics including response times, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Conduct quality control checks, ride-alongs, and job reviews to maintain high workmanship standards. - Mentor, train, and evaluate technicians to promote professional development and career growth. - Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and installation teams to improve workflow and efficiency. - Manage parts usage, inventory, and warranty processes to ensure cost-effective operations. - Resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and compliance with industry regulations.

Pay Range

USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
