Job summary
Cortez Heating & Air Conditioning in Florida is seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant to drive revenue by advising commercial clients on needs, proposing solutions, and closing deals. Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience with commercial clients.
- Strong understanding of commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities by targeting new customers.
- Conduct site visits to assess HVAC system needs.
- Recommend solutions based on customer operations, system condition, efficiency, and budget.
- Clearly explain technical concepts, pricing, and scope of work.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements.
- Support contract negotiations and close sales in alignment with company standards.
- Partner with service, installation, and project management teams to ensure accurate handoff.
- Assist with job scoping, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Manage sales pipeline and activity through CRM/ATS systems.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
