All Hours Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Project Manager to lead retrofit installations from blueprint to completion in Central Ohio. This full-time role rewards ownership, teamwork, and delivering clean, efficient HVAC solutions on time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Leadership ability to mentor others.
• Experience coordinating with cranes, lifts, and ladders.
• EPA Certification required.
• OSHA 10 preferred (required within 90 days of hire).
• Knowledge of code-compliant installations.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Lead retrofit installations from start to finish.
• Mentor and direct junior installers.
• Ensure work meets code, safety, and manufacturer standards.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Project Manager to manage commercial HVAC installation projects from blueprint to completion. This role is ideal for a technician who takes ownership, leads by example, and consistently delivers clean, efficient, code-compliant installations.

This position offers a clear path into Project Management for technicians who demonstrate leadership and project ownership.

Systems & Equipment Experience

Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Boilers
• Chillers
• Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs)
• VAV Systems
• Split Systems
• Exhaust Systems
• Commercial HVAC equipment
• HVAC retrofit and replacement projects

Job Responsibilities

Compensation

• Starting at $40-$60+hour, based on experience and certifications
• Overtime available
• Higher compensation available for professionals with advanced retrofit, chiller, boiler, and commercial mechanical installation experience
