Job summary

RSC Mechanical is seeking Refrigeration Service Technicians to install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment such as walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, and ice machines. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and delivering high-quality service to retail and commercial clients.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems, read diagrams, log service reports, and work with EMS systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC and commercial refrigeration knowledge preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments.
• Must provide own standard hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.
• Prioritize safety and manage refrigerants per EPA regulations.
• Read technical diagrams and logs; document service reports.
• Collaborate with customers and dispatch for a seamless service experience.
• Deliver high-level customer service to diverse clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation after training.
