Job summary

Benedict Sales & Service is hiring a Commercial HVAC-R Service Technician to service and install commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment across Wisconsin and Minnesota. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, read schematics, and manage basic paperwork while working with an experienced team.

The role requires travel between customer sites, on-call coverage, and physical ability to lift heavy equipment. Benefits and steady, year-round work are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driver’s license and insurability.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC-R equipment.
• Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints; use testing tools to solve issues.
• Run copper piping and PVC and maintain parts inventory.
• Complete electronic work orders and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
