Job summary

Benedict Sales & Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC-R Service Technician to provide year-round, full-time service across central and northern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC-R equipment for commercial clients, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates have EPA Universal Certification, 1+ year of experience, and a valid Class D license. Expect on-site travel, on-call coverage, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC-R and related equipment.
• Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints; use testing tools to solve equipment issues.
• Run copper piping and PVC; maintain parts inventory.
• Complete electronic work orders and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
