Job summary

Benedict Sales & Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC-R Service Technician to perform diagnosis, repair, and installation across commercial sites. Youll read schematics, install piping, and manage parts while delivering clear communication to customers and teammates.

This full-time role includes on-site work, weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities with a family-owned company serving the region since 1938.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC-R and related equipment.
• Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints; use testing tools to solve equipment issues.
• Run copper piping and PVC and maintain parts inventory.
• Complete electronic work orders and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
