Job summary

Benedict Sales & Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC-R Service Technician to service and install commercial refrigeration, HVAC, ventilation, and related equipment in central and northern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. This is a full-time, year-round role with weekly pay and opportunity for growth.

You will diagnose and repair equipment, read schematics, run piping, manage parts inventory, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid Class D driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains commercial HVAC-R equipment.
• Reads schematics, manuals, and blueprints to repair/maintain systems.
• Runs copper piping and PVC; maintains parts inventory.
• Completes electronic work orders and communicates with customers and coworkers.
• Safely operates and maintains company vehicle and tools.
