Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R technicians to service customers across Pennsylvania. Join a team focused on reliable repairs for restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes, with 2+ years of field experience and EPA Level 2 certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
