Job summary

Cincy Heating & Cooling in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced HVAC/R technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems.

You will service commercial HVAC and refrigeration, work an on-call schedule, and enjoy a full-time role with benefits, a company vehicle, and gas card.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC/R experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC/R equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-call schedule.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform commercial refrigeration service and repair.
• Troubleshoot heating, air conditioning, electrical, controls, and refrigeration-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Identify equipment failures and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Complete HVAC and refrigeration repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Take ownership of assigned HVAC/R service calls from diagnosis through completion.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues and repair needs.
• Follow established safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Deliver dependable, professional service on every job.

• Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work an on-call schedule
