Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate plus incentives, with total compensation based on experience, tenure, and performance.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with potential for on-call rotations or occasional weekend work based on customer needs.

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians who are well-versed in both cold-side and hot-side equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining kitchen systems for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and foodservice clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including refrigeration units, ovens, fryers, grills, and ice machines
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment (cold and/or hot side)
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment is a plus
• Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
