Job summary

Benedict Sales & Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC-R Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installation of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment across central and northern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driver's license and insurability.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC-R and related equipment.
• Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints; use testing tools to solve equipment issues.
• Run copper piping and PVC and maintain parts inventory.
• Complete electronic work orders and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to safety standards.

1+ year HVAC-R experience
