Job summary

W3Global seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. You will work independently and with support staff to complete service calls, uphold safety standards, and deliver reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Section 608 certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and work plans.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Basic computer and mobile tech proficiency for service apps and documentation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call and emergency coverage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Read schematics and work plans to identify issues and solutions.
• Provide reliable, professional service and maintain customer relationships.
• Keep the service vehicle and tools organized and stocked.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours service.
• Follow safety procedures and industry standards.
• Pursue ongoing training and certifications to strengthen expertise.
