Total Mechanical Service is hiring a Commercial HVAC/R & Cooking Equipment Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment at customer locations. The role includes preventative maintenance, emergency service, paperwork, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers and internal teams, ordering parts, and attending trainings.

Qualifications

• Commercial cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC service experience (military experience considered)
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and punctual
• Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Preferred: EPA Universal Certification
• CFESA certification or related training
• Basic computer skills

Pay: $20–$45+ per hour based on experience

Total Mechanical Service is hiring experienced technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment at customer locations. Technicians perform preventative maintenance and emergency service on equipment, including ovens, fryers, steamers, dish machines, walk-ins, coolers, freezers, and ice machines.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and emergency service calls
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, managers, and sales teams
• Complete service paperwork and order parts as needed
