Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC and refrigeration technician to join our team in the Southeast.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of equipment for restaurants and retailers, including walk-ins, ice machines, and packaged units, ensuring reliability and performance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of field experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to work independently while keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and repair.
• EPA Certified.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including splits systems, package units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, frozen/refrigerated beverage machines, and other restaurant and retail systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Work independently while maintaining strong communication with dispatch and customers
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

• 4 + years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and repair
• EPA Certified
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills
• A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
