Job summary

Aeroseal is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead HVAC and building performance projects from turnover through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk while serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with subcontractors and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction or HVAC project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel and site coordination will be required to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CM/Mechanical field and related training.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction or HVAC project management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building performance.
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and subcontractors; excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC and building performance projects through full lifecycle: turnover to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, subcontractors, and field personnel; maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and within budget while upholding Aeroseal standards.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, procurement, risk, and change orders; provide forecasting and billing input.
