Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer tasks for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and system checks.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions; replace components and filters as needed.
• Procure parts and materials to complete service jobs.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting or mechanical tasks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures and promote safety awareness.
