Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and site superintendents to maintain project timelines and material efficiency.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation regarding project progress and quality control standards.
• Resolve real-time technical challenges and air distribution issues on site to maximize HVAC performance.
• Mentor junior apprentices in the field to foster professional growth and safety.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a sheet metal journeyman or duct installer executing complex commercial or industrial HVAC work.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed mechanical drawings, architectural layouts, and duct specifications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for specific project assignments as required by the business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing field installations and team dynamics.
• Advanced capability to work independently with minimal oversight while meeting tight installation schedules.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the mechanical and HVAC trade.
• Demonstrated experience in mentorship or training junior team members in a field environment.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial ventilation systems and specialized federal or government installations.
