Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC/Sheet Metal Duct Installer to measure, fabricate, and install ductwork across Oklahoma. This on-site role offers consistent hours and opportunities for overtime.

You will read plans, assemble components, seal joints, and ensure airtight connections while coordinating with project teams for timely completion. The position requires 2+ years in commercial/industrial duct installation and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sheet metal or duct installation experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency with sheet metal tools, spot welders, and duct sealing methods.
• Strong manual dexterity, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, duct layouts, and fabrication diagrams.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal duct components using hand and power tools.
• Install ductwork, grilles, diffusers, and support hangers, ensuring proper alignment and sealing.
• Seal seams and joints with mastic, tape, or gasketing to maintain system efficiency.
• Verify airflow and pressure with gauges and duct testers.
• Coordinate with other trades to integrate duct systems with electrical and plumbing installations.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of sheet metal and use of fall protection.

HVAC/Sheet Metal Duct Installer – Oklahoma

Shape the airflow in Oklahoma’s commercial and industrial spaces! Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Duct Installers to measure, fabricate, and install HVAC ductwork that ensures clean, efficient air distribution.

Position Overview

As a HVAC and SM Duct Installer, you will interpret HVAC plans, layout and assemble duct sections, and install ductwork systems in commercial, retail, and industrial facilities. You’ll collaborate with project teams to sequence work, ensure airtight connections, and meet project deadlines. This full-time, on-site role includes consistent hours and opportunities for overtime.

What You’ll Do

Pay & Benefits
