BGIS ITS is currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer Support Technician to join the team in Lebanon, MO and surrounding areas.

Salary Range

$30 - $35 / hour

We are looking for a skilled individual to join as an HVAC Installer Helper. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, replacing parts, and system installation using appropriate tools and supplies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• At least 3-5 years of HVAC experience with system replacement installations.
• Strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment installation, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in pipefitting, brazing, and soldering, ensuring proper refrigerant piping connections.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Attention to detail in measurements, fittings, and system installation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Efficient time management to meet project deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to different HVAC systems and technologies.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to industry guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other professionals.
• This position may require travel for training, meetings, and in-person events.
• Perform work in compliance with environmental, health, safety, security, and fire protection standards.
• Flexibility for overtime and travel as needed.
• Physical requirements include climbing ladders, lifting up to 75 lbs., and working in confined spaces.
• EPA Certification required.
• Willingness to wear PPE and undergo background, drug, and driver’s license checks.
