Lennox AES is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer to support rooftop unit replacements and related tasks on commercial buildings. You will learn under experienced technicians and travel across the United States on 3–4 week deployment cycles, performing installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance with safety at the forefront.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in commercial HVAC, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

• Complete assigned tasks and projects under the supervision of more senior employees.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

AES

a division of Lennox, was established in 1988 and is one of the largest manufacturers of roof curbs and drop box diffuser systems in the nation. We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times.

What Drives Success

Lennox AES has immediate positions available for a Commercial HVAC installer. An HVAC Installer works under the guidance of experienced HVAC technicians, Foremen, and Journeymen to learn and assist in the replacement and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on Commercial buildings.

60-70 hour work weeks

What We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety.

• Ability to work overtime
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
• Ability to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions.

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

What We Offer

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $23 – $38/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
